About Me

I graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with an economics degree and a teaching degree. I received my graduate Counseling certification from Loyola University, Chicago. Previously, I have taught grades Kindergarten through 12th grade including social studies and special education. This includes Learning Disabilities, Behavior Disorders, and cognitively delayed students. I have served as a counselor in Cook, DuPage, and Kane Counties. I have been a lead presenter and guest lecturer for counselors and career specialists. I was a former Chicago Park District Boxing champion, Big Ten wrestler and Letter winner for Northwestern University as well as a High School Tennis player, coach and an avid golfer. I specialize in all types of mental health issues, including depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and a wide spectrum of others.
